  Our garbage disposal was installed by a friend and was done ok..but basically a bandaid on top of serious problems. I called 4 plumbers on Monday and All American was the only company that could get someone to our house by Wednesday morning. Yeah, no running water in the kitchen sucks for two days, but things could be much much worse. She sent her master plumber to come help us. He called before he showed up and was the nicest plumber ever. Very polite and kind. He was very prompt and thorough. The before and after status of my kitchen is night and day and I will absolutely be calling this company again after this experience. Alicia on the phone was an absolute doll. I am a skeptical person when it comes to calling for repairs and this company has earned all of my business as long as I live in Summit County. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!! please go with this company if you dont know where to turn. They will take good care of you.
